NUPACK is a growing software suite for the analysis and design of nucleic acid systems.
NUPACK currently enables:
- thermodynamic analysis of dilute solutions of interacting nucleic acid strands
in the absence of pseudoknots or of non-interacting strands with the option to include a class of
pseudoknots

thermodynamic sequence design for unpseudoknotted
target secondary structures involving multiple interacting
strands
